I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this cake and this bakery. I live out of state, so I love the option to get the pre-made cake mix shipped right to my house! It was so easy to make but most importantly it was so delicious! We are dairy and gluten free at our house and it is hard to find good treat options that fit with that. I served them for my daughter's birthday and all the guests were blown away by the taste! They looked and tasted like regular cupcakes..... they couldn't believe they were dairy and gluten free! Also, the owner, Maria is super responsive if you have any questions. I baked mine as mini cupcakes, and she was quick to respond with suggestions for how to get the correct baking time! I will definitely be ordering again!
